We have a technical department that can cooperate directly with customers, from the production documents and management of computer programming to printing of orders and labels, etc. We also provide a personnel department highly qualified for CAD LECTRA system that can make prototypes of new designs, sizes and graphics necessary for production, as indicated by customer.

In collaboration with the customer’s stylistic department, we perform prototypes for the two seasons in terms of patterns, providing technical information for consumption. We can also produce all series of collections on patterns for spring-summer season and autumn-winter season. We have a LECTRA cutting head at the Cutting Room with four tables and bands for cutting fabrics requiring different centering, as well as thermo-colat presses and MAICA machines for cutting chests and plates.

The manufacture is organized in two stages. First, the shirt parts are processed: collars, cuffs, chests, pockets, applying multiple labels, slits, pockets, etc., everything being organized in specific operations with appropriate devices. We have MAICA machines for ironing chests and slits and presses for intermediary ironing of cloaks, cuffs. Working is made with packages prepared in the cutting room according with the customers’ needs. The second stage is organized in 14 operations for assembling shirts on four identical bands. A shirt comes individually controlled and ready to be packed. Every minute a perfect shirt leaves the band finished and checked. This system allows the exact compliance with the production program established with the customers at the beginning of the season and has the advantage of quality control, of remedying any imperfections immediately. The product is approved on the final check.

It is very well known that, in case of a classic shirt, ironing and presentation are very important. Therefore, we have two identical bands each consisting of: an aspiring steam table for ironing sleeves, a collar and cuff ironing press, a KEINEGHISER ironing press for chests and backs, a device for closing buttons, where whalebones, butterflies/tinsels and cardboard and celluloid collar stiffener are put. We also have four manual folding tables, to obtain a high quality folding, and a station for final ironing and control. All these operations are organized along a conveyor belt which advances with a pace of 0.50 minutes, that means that every 0.50 minutes a shirt is coming in and coming out. At the end of the band there is a table where presentation carton labels are attached, the shirt is placed in the bag and adhesive labels are put on boxes. In the end, individual boxes are packed to each customer. Taking into account the customer’s specification, any type of packing can be performed.
